I chose the topic of sports, because I like to play sports. And a zine is a magazine that is small and it has lots of pictures and little words. Zines are made by artists and they draw or paint the pictures.

For this project we had to use a piece of plastic to scratch in our picture with a tool and then afterwards we put ink on the plastic and got a wet piece of paper and rolled it out so the ink would get on the paper then we cleaned the ink off the plastic and did this a total of 5 times ad for one of them we had to use water color on it .

For this assignment we got into groups and had to think of a sign or logo/image and we had to make it up so if it was a real band like nike or jordan, then we ouldn't use it because someone already made. that then we had to put it on a silk screen and print it onto a piece of paper Or a some type of clothing/ fabric. You need a different screen per color that you wanna use

For this project we had to get a rubber plate and carve into it and then we put paint onto our rubber plate after we were done carving it and then we flipped it over paint side down and pushed it onto the paper.

For this project we had to pick a color for the base and then we put Geometric and organic shapes on it and then we put another color on top but the shapes cover parts so the color before will still be there and you basically can do this however many times you want and you put the paint on a jelly pad

IN this project we had to get a block of soft linoleum and then we found a picture that we wanted to carve into the linoleum and we had to print it onto some wet paper after we were done carving it
